Description

Responsibilities: 1. Based on the development direction of the overseas gaming market and the company's development strategy, responsible for positioning overseas gaming projects and understanding the direction of game development.2. Build the overall framework of the game, including but not limited to gameplay, values, and features, and determine the technical direction and art style.3. Coordinate the entire development process of the project, promote cooperation between departments, optimize the allocation of internal and external resources, and ensure the time, quality, and cost of project progress.4. Research gaming industry trends, analyze competitors and industry conditions, and adjust product strategies in real time.


Requirements:
1.

Bachelor's degree or above, with at least five years of experience as a lead game planner or at least two years of experience as an executive producer.

Preference will be given to those who have experience planning overseas casual game systems and have launched game products with relevant data.

Prior experience working in Singapore is preferred.2. Proficient in game development workflows, with independent design capabilities, and some understanding of programming and art work.3. Good communication and expression skills, strong logical thinking ability, team cooperation consciousness, and learning ability.4. Passionate about gaming, with extensive gaming experience, and a deep understanding of the needs of various types of players, along with market analysis capabilities
