Description

The Corporate Strategy & Solutions team collaborate & partner with senior stakeholders across Macquarie to solve their most important and complex problems and unlock value.

You will join a team of approximately 15 consultants globally who have broad consulting and operational experience - both at Macquarie, as well as at other top financial services and consulting firms.

What role you will play?You will be instrumental in driving Macquarie's key strategic initiatives and navigate complex business issues, spanning strategic planning, revenue growth, business development, innovation, M&A, digital transformation, energy transition and organisational change.

You will work closely with our businesses and senior leaders on a range of interesting and impactful projects that make a tangible difference to our business, clients and broader communities.

What you offer
Tertiary qualifications, with strong academic results, from a top university, ideally with an MBA or equivalent
7+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years gained from a top management consulting firm
Strong track record of facilitating and delivering consulting projects that produce commercially sound and practical results
Demonstrable interest in cutting edge market and technology developments, an entrepreneurial drive to identify and realise opportunities and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
