About the Role

New opportunity for experienced Senior PM to lead a large highly visible project. You will drive the day-to-day delivery of NCR Retail focused solutions and drive deliverables across the program. Working closely with a market leader, you will be responsible to achieve results and company objectives set.

As well as being an experienced Software Delivery Manager, you will have a good understanding of retail customers and thrive in autonomous roles and a fast-paced environment.

You will have proven experience managing stakeholders, can demonstrate expectation setting and understand how to manage in a transparent environment.

Responsibilities:

Duties will be to lead and support business activities with a key focus on the following:

Lead business initiatives for Self-Check-out (SCO)
Lead new software / functional deployments
Support onsite testing
Diagnose issues and manage to closure

Background and Experience Required to be successful:

Minimum 10 years' experience in project management and/or Service Delivery with demonstrable experience in managing projects, budgets, staff and delivery across a variety of technologies and businesses
Experienced in client relations/management/account management
Experience working across Software related projects
Strong negotiation/commercial skills
Excellent communication skills (written, presentation and verbal)
Proven financial management skills
Is a selfstarter, can adjust own behavior in different scenarios
Time management skills and proven capability to prioritize tasks
Ability to think strategically and drive change
Ability to conceptualize deployment of solutions and understand issues arising
Displays high energy and can demonstrate the desire to lead
Knowledge and proven experience in Project Management Methodologies and Project Lifecycle
Demonstrated ability to work in highly pressurized and demanding environment
Experience in the Retail industry preferred
