Account Support Manager - Cisco APAC Logistic Services


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Service Delivery performance, review and fix areas that are underperforming.
  • Responsible for the daytoday delivery of Cisco Logistic Services in these areas:
IOR/EOR Brokerage Warehouse and Parts Storage Domestic Parts Delivery and Distribution

  • Act as a point for daytoday Escalation and manage Cisco Logistic Services with Service Partners and Call Centre issues/incidents to conclusion, utilizing NCR support teams and processes.
  • Champion Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement and Risk Management & Mitigation.
  • Work closely with the ESM (Executive Services Manager) to report and present at Monthly and Quarterly Business and Performance Reviews.
  • Working with NCR teams (Service Partners and Call Centre) to collate, report and deliver Client required metrics.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of Projects and related Scope of Works into the Customers' Business Environments.
  • Liaise, guide and oversee the delivery of Logistic Services from internal/external NCR Support and Delivery teams into the Client, including reducing incidents due to B2B, Parts Delivery, Parts Storage issues.
  • Assist the ESM with timely Client PO Creation, Annuity, TS and T&M Billing, to support accurate invoicing.
Qualification and Desired Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Preferably has 46years relevant experience in 3PL Logistic Services Account Management role.
  • Should have good project coordination and execution experience.
  • Should have experience in negotiating vendor contracts and vendor management.
  • Should have very good data analytical skills and experience in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations
  • Good customer relations, interpersonal skills and communication skills in both English.
  • Leadership ability to own and drive actions across various parts of NCR Internal Teams.
  • Commitment and ability to address underlying gaps within NCR Logistic service operations.
