Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee all our construction projects. You will be monitoring on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress status to the Site Coordinator. Besides, you will be keeping a watchful eye on the Contractors as well as Construction Workers.

You will be conducting regular inspections and implementing site safety practices to avoid any hazards and accidents. Apart from supervising, you should track inventory supplies and order building materials as and when needed.

To assist the Engineer in the daily execution of work.
To supervise the work of subcontractors and inhouse workers.
Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline.
Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
Attend the daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instructions to the workers.
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
Ensuring all equipment are in working order and good condition
Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
Attending any onsite meetings.

Requirements:

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possessing of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
Highly proactive attitude, selfmotivated, team player, strong problemsolving and communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to work for long hours
Strong leadership quality
Able to manage multiple job sites at the same time

Remuneration is based on work experience.

Working hours :
Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm

Salary :
$$3000 to $6000 including OT
