Immediate Vacancies for IT Helpdesk Analysts

Job Requirement:

IT helpdesk firstlevel support
Call Center experience is advantageous
Basic experience with IT troubleshooting
Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
Familiar with office productivity tools such as O36
Strong communication skills and detailed work
Proficient Customer Service
Location: Central / Tai Seng
Qualification: Nitec or equivalent
Experience: Min 1year related experience.
Those without experience but with IT knowledge may apply.

Salary: S$2,500

S$3,200

Contract Type: 12 Months
