Seeking for motivated and passionate individual as Field Service Technician/ Engineer to join our Singapore Service Team. You will be responsible for service activities of ICU and Operating Room equipment on site (Hospital/ Clinics, etc). We expect you to be excellent as team player and in building relationships.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations
  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company's established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts
  • Implementing Field Corrective Actions
  • Handling administrative work associated with service deliver
  • Responding to customers' complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance
  • Meeting key KPIs assigned to you as an individual and of Service department
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and coworkers through team work
  • Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all endusers, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment

Requirement for this role:


  • With our without experience are welcome, as training will be provided
  • Hard working, handson, able to work independently and good team player, customer oriented with good attituded
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English
