    As a Partner Account Manager, your main focus revolves around cultivating partnerships with key reseller allies to nurture, empower, and expand these partnerships. Your role entails establishing strong rapport with these partners to drive increased deal registrations and attract new customers. By delving deep into understanding your partners' motivations, priorities, and objectives, you will equip them to effectively promote KnowBe4 products. Collaborating with partner leadership, you will secure executive support and leverage KnowBe4's leadership to further strengthen these partnerships. Crafting joint business plans with predefined metrics and steering customer acquisition through demand generation will also be instrumental to your role.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and nurture solid relationships with key partners reselling KnowBe4 products
    • Conduct thorough assessments to grasp partners' organizational structure, goals, and drivers for partner representatives
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of partners' business operations and strategies
    • Coordinate initial onboarding process for assigned partners
    • Collaborate with partners to devise mutually beneficial strategic plans to achieve sales targets
    • Empower partners with necessary resources, product knowledge, and sales techniques for successful promotion of KnowBe4 products
    • Articulate the value of reselling KnowBe4 to drive partner engagement
    • Engage partner and KnowBe4 leadership to secure executive endorsement and commitment
    • Maintain transparent and consistent communication across various teams within partner organizations
    • Encourage partners to leverage marketing campaigns and demand generation tools through the portal, supporting them in executing marketing activities
    • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives tied to business objectives to deliver measurable ROI
    • Collaborate with and support direct sales and customer success teams as needed to oversee overall partner relationships
    • Monitor partner performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Achieve monthly sales volume targets and objectives in assigned partner accounts, while maintaining a robust pipeline and accurate forecasting
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records
    • Ensure partner compliance with partnership agreements
    • Promote adoption of company programs among assigned partners
    • Establish clear expectations with partners regarding rules of engagement, best practices, and partnership expectations

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is a plus
    • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (consistently exceeding quota), with Channel Sales expertise
    • Prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous
    • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertiveness, persistence, consultative approach, and comfort working in a results-driven environment
    • Solid understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Thai
    • Fluency in English
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities
    • Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
    • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
    • Persuasive communication capabilities paired with quick comprehension of the needs and challenges faced by channel partners
    • Passionate about business and willing to go above and beyond
