- Coordination of collection of files upon the completion of new transfer-in Companies.
- Maintaining and updating the storage inventory list and common seal inventory list.
- Coordination with the third party off-site storage provider.
- Preparation and processing of all churn requested Companies.
- Ability to manage voluminous workload without compromising on quality.
- Coordinating and transferring of files to the client's new provider.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the manager eg, scanning of documents.
- Tertiary Education or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Customer-centric, with a passion for customer excellence.
- Willing to be hands-on as and when required.
- Detailed-oriented while being efficient.
- Possessing a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
- Ability to tackle challenges and meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with good interpersonal and writing skills.
