    Responsibilities:

    Content Generation:

    • Develop compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and website copy.
    • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to produce relevant and informative content for our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

    Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our events and services.
    • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, audience segments, and marketing opportunities.
    • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

    Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to ensure successful event planning and execution.
    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to maximize promotional opportunities and event success.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in content generation, lead generation, and business development, ideally within the events or marketing industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and compelling content.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficient in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems like HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
