    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable duties such as generating Invoices, processing receipts, sending SOA and making payments.
    • Support month-end and year-end closing.
    • Assist in the preparation of quarterly GST returns and statutory audits.
    • Conduct bi-annually stock take with the team.
    • Perform day-to-day finance transactions and data entry into the new ERP system.
    • Assist in generating accounting reports for management.
    • Provide administrative support to the finance department.
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

    Requirements:

    • Min GCE O level with 2 years of relevant Accounting experience.
    • PC literate.
    • Meticulous, good typing accuracy and speed.
    • Only Singaporean and SPR need to apply.

    Other information: 5-day work week. Newly created role.
