Description

With the current influx of request for quotes and tenders, we are in need of hiring another person to help out with the works.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
2.1) Start by assisting in tendering process and preperation of tender documents, inclusive of preparing and planning the methodology of construction during the tender phase.

2.2) Management of the cost and quantity of the project which is assigned.

2.3) Management of the suppliers which are to be used from sourcing to proposing to awarding.

2.4) Preparation of the LOA / Checking of PO to be correct.

2.5) Contract management

2.6) Claims management

2.7) Project Document management

2.8) End of Project closure

This person shall have an opportunity to head his / her own team when the cell they work at expands.
QUALIFICATIONS

4.1) At least 3 years experience in related field of work.

4.2) At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field of study.

4.3) Very good knowlege of the SOPA.

4.4) Be able to handle multiple jobs as well as tender at the same time.

4.5) Have a good knowledge of materials as well as equipments (Where to source and what it is used for during tendering / projects)

Our Working Hours are:
Monday to Friday: 0800 hrs to 1745 hrs
