- Calculates payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions
- Manages monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy of calculations and compliance with legal requirements/company guidelines
- Works with wider People, Operations, and Finance teams to streamline payroll process, improve payroll cycles and reduce errors
- Collaborates effectively with ADP and provide timely input and knowledge into the payroll process
- Manages electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
- Provides information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matter
- Well experience in admin & payroll related work
- Knowledge in payroll process, local payroll legislation, stakeholder management
- Fluent in English
