Responsibilities:

Responsible for deliverables from the SW QA test team
Communicate and coordinate with Team lead/Product lead on day to day testing activities
Possess the capability to understand QA test cases and update them based on user scenarios if necessary
Work with client/onsite coordinators as needed to resolve questions or problems
Communicate with Team lead on various ongoing Test activities and regressions.
Possess the capability to propose new user scenario for QA test cases
Must possess basic Failure analysis /root cause analysis skills
Strong analytical and logical skills, ability to analyse and solve problems quickly and completely
Able to work under stress, after normal office hours and deliver results with short notice
Customer oriented mindset with positive working attitude

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder
Relevant certification or ISTQB certificated
At least 12 years of working experiences in QA ,administration, system recovery and troubleshooting added advantage
Work on Hardware and Peripheral Product Testing. Knowledge of SDLC and QA procedures.
Responsible for the daily deliverable from the Device Testing QA test team and its development
Identify bugs and set it to review process for Test Lead / Project Lead for reporting defect tracking system.
Develop and maintain batch and PowerShell scripts to automate testing processes, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of test cases.
Utilize scripts for test result validation, analysing and comparing expected outcomes with actual results, identifying anomalies, and reporting issues to the development team.
Create scripts to generate comprehensive test audit logs, capturing critical information such as test execution details, error messages, and system configurations for future reference and analysis.
Rolling out updates to automation test scripts, ensuring smooth integration with new software versions, platforms, and features.
