What the role is

  • You will be part of the team which oversees the car parks operations around Singapore.

What you will be working on

  • You will be working on, but not limited, to the following:
  • Prepare and conduct court mentions and pre-trial conferences in State Courts on outstanding parking offences
  • Support Prosecuting Officers in night court mentions, by preparing outstanding parking offence case details for court mentions and following up on the cases post-court mention
  • Carry out policy and process reviews using data and statistical analysis where relevant
  • Coordinate with system vendor(s) to carry out system enhancement works to improve operation, including conducting user acceptance testing and following up on any post implementation issues.
  • Carry out daily operations to follow up on outstanding offences, including processing and investigations works, and ensure actions are promptly carried out.

What we are looking for

  • Requirements
  • Possess a diploma, preferably in law or IT related studies
  • Good communication, analytical and organisation skills
  • Selfmotivated, able to multitask and perform under pressure; independent worker and a team player
