Description

In-charge for managing location stocking level & product mix while maintaining relationship with Retail Location store manager and handle customes complaints effectively.

The Sales Executive is responsible for tailoring a buyer's catalogue, managing location stocking level and monitoring competitor landscape to support development of sales strategies.

He/She also supports acquisition of sales through his generation and follow-up of leads.

Through his engagement with customer enquiries and feedback, her supports with maintaining relationship with Retail Location store manager and handle customes complaints effectively.


  • Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development
  • Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development
  • Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles
  • Analyse sales channels using buyers' profiles to guide achievement of sales performance and optimisation of buyer's catalgue
  • Initiate workinglevel relationships with networks and leads to support sales objectivesFollow up with leads to increase potential buyers base
  • Implement enhanced customer acquisition programmes
  • Assist buyers in resolving technical requests or issuesEscalate buyers' dissatisfaction of products
  • Conduct negotiation of sale agreements
  • Perform followup actions to close salesPerform followup actions to close sales, including collaborating with Finance and Operations for payment fulfillment activities
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to facilitate payment processes to sellers
  • Assist in analysis of buyer profiles to enhance performance of sales channels
  • Assist in collating feedback to improve sales target development
  • Collect demographic data and descriptions of buyer profiles from various sources
  • Communicate technical details and functions of products effectively to buyers
  • Consolidate information on buyers' requirements
  • Support sales and finance departments to process payment to sellersCoordinate leads on potential new buyers
  • Coordinate programme activities to drive acquisition targets
