SALT Talent is hiring Ad Ops Specialist for one of the Social Media companies on a 12-month & renewable contract role.

The ideal person will have a strong background in advertising effectiveness and project management. This role will partner with product team members providing support to test campaigns for advertisers.

About the role

Own testing operational execution in coordination with internal teams supporting workflows such as, recruitment outreach, campaign QA, and performance tracking across multiple projects.
Act as translator in onboarding leading feedback 1:1 calls with recruited sellers.
Monitor and troubleshoot progress and performance of test campaigns to ensure overall program quality and consistency.
Triage incoming requests, utilizing technology, superior customer service and judgement
Responding within a timely manner and working 1:1 in real time.
Gather learnings and insights for: 1) internal teams to help further develop and evolve our products, and 2) our advertising partners to help them achieve their marketing objectives.

Requirement:

Fluent in Thai and English
2+ years' experience directly managing digital marketing paid advertising campaigns and thorough understanding of major success metrics.
2+ years' experience managing client facing communication concerning Ads Manager/ campaign setup per internal direction.
