After witnessing firsthand, the impact of a health scare and chronic health conditions on her close family members, I made a profound lifestyle change. I embraced healthier eating habits and incorporated regular exercise, which transformed my perspective on life.
Additionally, I took on a second diploma in Health Science(Health Management) and Basic Exercise Science certification with Republic Polytechnic as well as NESTA’s Group Exercise Instructor certification. I also served as a health ambassador with HPB, advocating for health & wellness inspiring others on their wellness journeys.
My background brings a wealth of expertise with over 12 years of marketing and business strategy experience, both in global & local organisations such as Sony, Huawei, Harman, DBS, Singtel & more. Driven by my personal journey, I shifted my focus from corporate work to pursue my passion for fitness and health.
