Hello, my name is Athirah! I have a deep passion for health, fitness and helping others and have dedicated myself to the field of personal training. As a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, I am committed to guiding individuals on their journey to achieve their wellness goals and lead happier, healthier lives. Through personalized training programs, effective communication and unwavering motivation, I strive to empower each client to unlock their full potential and surpass their fitness aspiration. Besides that, I have an interest in the outdoors and connecting with nature. I enjoy hiking and simply enjoying nature as it offers benefits for my physical and mental well-being. Exploring new trails, breathing in fresh air and listening to the sounds of nature can be incredibly rejuvenating. My self-driven nature reflects an internal motivation to succeed, evidenced by my initiative in pursuing goals, persistence in overcoming challenges, passion for my work, goal-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing circumstances. This empowers me to lead by example, inspire others and consistently deliver high-quality results in the fitness industry.

Unstoppable Fitness - Trainee Personal Trainer                                          (April - May 2024)

• Meet clients and find out their fitness goals and needs.
• Make personalized workout plans for each client.
• Teach clients how to exercise safely and effectively.
• Give advice on eating healthy and making good food choices.
• Keep track of clients' progress and adjust their plans as needed.
• Stay updated on fitness trends and get necessary certifications.
• Talk to clients regularly and build a good relationship with them.

Unstoppable Fitness - Customer Service Executive                  (October 2023 - April 2024)

• Support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the gym.
• Handling of Personal Trainer inquiries and existing packages.
• Greet and check in members and verify memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all gym equipment.
• Attend customers' inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and in person.

Forest Adventure - Operations Team Member         (September 2022 – September 2023) 

• Conduct briefings and be actively engaged with customers.
• Guiding customers verbally and physically on the adventure course. 
• Rescuing distressed customers safely to the ground and checking on their conditions upon rescuing. 
• Managing crowd control and safety among customer’s harnesses and movements around the adventure course. 
• Monitoring for any damage in equipment used by the customers.
