project. Showed initiative and creativity in mapping basic flight instruments and flight controls to real-world representations.
• Developed courseware for Aerospace Electronic students under the aviation option in a module named Integrated real-world project.
• Acquired skills in wire harnessing, cabling, connectors, fabrication, aircraft wiring skills, cable ties, cable splicing, soldering, wire clamping and avionics system integration.
• Constructed modifications to the hardware controls, the pilot control stick (Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick) and pedals (Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals), as well as the software that will display the 6 primary flight instruments, designing an interface of an aircraft cockpit system. The simulation also includes a wire harness board, allowing future Aerospace Electronics students to learn with a realistic system.
• Received an A grade for the “Aircraft Flight Simulator System and Interface” final year project.
• Received an A grade with Distinction for modules such as Electrical
Technology, Strength of Materials, Engineering Mathematics, and Discrete Analogue Electronics.
• Contributed to a contemporary dance co-curricular activity and participated in their annual dance camp.
