I am a keen learner and always up for a new challenge and consistently exploring my capabilities by learning something new. My versatility is proven as I began my career journey as an aircraft engine technician to an operation support in the Ministry Of Education while pursing my diploma in Infocomm and Digital Media (ICT Systems, Services and Support).  I seek a career where I can display my proficiency and hone my skills in the ever-changing industry to add value to the company.

• In-charge of Mobile Device Management (Mdm) Mobile Guardian installation and Configuration (for Students)
• In-charge of Mobile Device Management (Mdm) Mosyle Manager (for Teachers)
• Liasing with Apple School Manager, Apple devices such as Apple TV, Ipad, Macbook
• Contacting and liaising Vendors for repair/maintenance of school’s projectors, Media Patch Panel’s for any defects 
• Assisting with AOR submission 
• Follow up with ST logs and devices which is tag is ST
• Involve in project development in classrooms, computer labs, school’s Hall 
• Gather information and discuss with school’s VP’s for change of computer lab’s tables and chairs
• Assets and Inventory Management System
• eAnnouncement Broadcasting System 
• Monthly or Ad-Hoc Wall-to-wall inventory checks
• Assist Desktop Engineers (DE) in handling schools SOE troubleshooting issues
• Assist HOD ICT in procurement of ICT Equipment and Services
• Propose Solutions on need to replace or upgrade ICT Equipment
• Propose specifications for invitations to quote on Gebiz (with the help of Administrative Manager (A.M) and HOD ICT in accordance with school Procurement Guidelines)
