Whether it’s through directly managing, or leading through influence, I am often told by those who work for or around me, that my gift is in bringing the right people together, and then giving them the space and permission to do their best work. This is the part of my life, and job, that I love the most. I believe people are our differentiator, and my role as a leader is to hire the best people and then bring out the best in them through a culture of collaboration, empathy and respect and corral them towards one vision.

With a background in business, brand and creative strategy, I have the ability and experience to distil complex data, research reports, multiple layers of information and perspectives into a singular problem to solve, simple and compelling stories or narratives that can guide an entire organisation’s brand strategy, or spot the unique opportunities for growth.
