I am a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies with a Second Major in Business. I am a driven and energetic individual that loves working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for account managing after my internship at TikTok Shop. With a flair for creativity, I believe I will be able to produce innovative and novel ideas. Being an extrovert, I enjoy socializing with people and enjoy working with others. I always enjoy challenging myself and am constantly looking for opportunities that allow me to further expand my knowledge and skills.

February 2023 – May 2023: MCN/TikTok Shop Partner Intern @ TikTok Singapore
Supported the MCN/TikTok Shop Partner team, which involves the acquisition, planning and execution of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) and Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs) recruitment and development. Liaised with internal and external teams to select, identify and secure resources for the growth of potential TSPs and MCNs. Provided ongoing support and training to TSPs to improve performance, and evaluate TSPs on a daily basis.

• Achieved at least 10x GMV increase for creators in an incubation programme, with 2 of the creators achieving an increase of at least 20x in GMV ($150~ to $3,000~ GMV)
• Planned and executed 3 offline networking events and online acquisition webinars for TSPs and sellers

January 2022 – June 2022: Marketing Solutions (Campaigns) Intern @ Shopee Singapore
Supported the campaigns team, which involves campaign operations, liaison with Key Account Managers on recurring frequency, automating and sending out campaign traffic emails and managed seller queries regarding in-house Brand Portals on a daily basis. Handled side projects which included analysis of Shopee Mall Brand Activations & Obligations and Campaign Uplifts on GMV & Orders. Utilised intermediate programming in Google Analytics (HTML/CSS).

• Achieved 98% book-in rates and enabled team to close off Champion Brand Packages
• Attained >90% book-in rates for campaign packages (3.15, 5.5, 6.6 etc)
• Contributed to traffic’s performance with >60% market share achieved across 1st half of 2022 with campaign traffic emails

May 2021 – July 2021: Social Media Marketing Intern @ Homage Singapore

Managed Homage's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn) to increase engagement and reach with the public & worked together with the wider Marketing Team to conceptualize and execute social campaigns together.

• Achieved 1000% increase in engagement rate and reach
• Created infographics templates for visual handbook used across all countries (SG, Msia, Australia)
• Responsible for website infographics refresh for more than 100 published articles
• Led an independent project for a Father's Day campaign on socials, first in Homage to achieve 30K impressions on post (average 1K) 

April 2019 – August 2019: Finance Intern @ Emirates NBD, Singapore
Responsible for making payments and resolving outstanding payment issues, update the NOSTRO accounts daily and supported the head of the department with accounts and issues that had to be dealt with.

• Facilitated MAS reporting, including inputting data and doing checks to ensure no mistakes.
• Achieved zero late payment record.
• Exposed to different departments (Treasury, Private Banking) in bank and learnt basic functions of each department and daily activities.

May 2020 – July 2020: Personal Assistant @ GEN (Financial Advisory)
Created presentation slides for clients when necessary and assisted in recommending plans for clients by researching and comparing the different plans. Designed infographics and several visuals for posting on Instagram.
