As a Manager at Gov+ Strategic Business Group at NCS, Ashleigh supports the Gov+ leadership in planning and executing strategic initiatives across NCS Gov+ client accounts and practices. This includes translating Gov+ strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change and enablement strategies.

Prior to this, Ashleigh is responsible for helping Swedish businesses grow global sales and international companies invest and expand in Sweden. She works closely with her clients to design and implement their go-to-market strategies, especially within APAC. This includes projects on market entry and expansion, identifying new opportunities and revenues streams, partner and investor search etc. to help clients shorten their time to market, minimise risk and achieve accelerated return on their investments.

Ashleigh is also well versed in working with colleagues and clients based across the globe. She is hence able to adapt and thrive under varying team dynamics and managing stakeholders. Her experience lies in Digital Strategy, Operations and Supply Chain. She has driven and played a critical role in projects that focus on designing business strategies, target operating model and the implementation of technology solutions. Delivering projects for public and private sectors, Ashleigh has worked with players in industries such as Financial Services, Asset Management, Luxury Retail Healthcare and Electric Vehicles.

Approximate rate: SGD$ 50 per hour
