Lead / Manage Quality team to resolve of all Quality matters,
To develop, implement and maintain QA work instruction/ procedures to meet customer requirement and resolve quality related problems and assure outgoing product meet/satisfy
Liaise with customer’s quality issue and requirement, and implement corrective action with in-house production team.
To set-up plan and standardize the training program for all QC Inspectors
Preparation of Process Management plan for every new product
Attend Quality meeting at customer side on monthly basis (Monthly Quality Meeting)
Conduct internal Quality meeting with Production team to resolve customer complaints,
Conduct MRB meeting with Production supervisors on daily basis
Continuous improvement and problem analysis for process issues driven by the QA data
Diagnose and resolve quality related problems
