• Capable of conducting green mark calculations for ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
• Organizes and coordinates with sub-contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Proficient in preparing and submitting progress claims and variation claim documents, diligently following up on payments.
• Prepares Testing and Commissioning (T&C) forms and arranges the execution of T&C procedures for installed ACMV systems.
• Organizes and conducts training sessions on ACMV system operations during the handover phase.
• Prepares and submits operation & maintenance manuals and as-built drawings, seeking approval before obtaining TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit).
• Develops a Defect Liability Period (DLP) schedule post-TOP and arranges for scheduled DLP servicing.
• Maintains effective communication with the main contractor for any rectification or ad-hoc job requirements.
