I have been under employment for about 16 years, and my main work experience lies in handling customer service operations.

I started my career in Marriott Global Reservation Sales and Customer Sales after my studies in university, where I’m involved in leading and coaching the subordinates and also handling the hotel reservations around the world.

Thereafter, I had the chance to embark on a new challenge as a cabin crew in Gulf Air. Having an opportunity to work abroad for 3 years greatly broadened my experience not only in providing excellent customer service, I also had the opportunity to work with different people from all walks of life.

I had the chance to embark on a new cabin crew career with Finnair in 2011. Since then, I have the opportunity to realize my aspirations in providing excellent service to passengers flying between Singapore and Finland. My career allows me to have a good insight on the operations of the flight cabin services. I was involved in the management of the flight cabin services as a senior crew whereby I was able to groom myself in the leadership aspect.

Between 2016 to 2020, I got the chance to start my first F&B business. I established a cafe named Creamology and got the opportunity to create hand-made food such as ice cream, cakes, western meals, light bites and drinks. I also managed the overall operations of the shop from hiring and training of staff, food research and design, to ensuring good customer service being provided by my staff.

I have always been a people person who loves helping others and communicating with them. It is this passion that has driven every one of my career decisions thus far.
