• Identify and prospect potential customers, securing new business and partnership opportunities to drive sales through various channels, including cold outreach and referrals.
• Prepare and present effective sales presentations and pitches outlining the benefits of SEO and SEM services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, managing their expectations, thus ensuring customer satisfaction and project renewal.
• Providing support in project management after deal closure and work closely with internal and external parties to ensure project KPIs are being met.
• Successful track record in meeting sales targets, expanded customer base and ensure customer retention as much as possible.

Graduated with Second-Upper Class Honours at Singapore Institute of Management (University of London), pursued a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business and Management
