I am a final year NUS Life Sciences undergraduate with a Second Major in Public Health. My interests lie in the intersection between the fields of biomedical science and healthcare, where I seek to contribute toward the development of disease diagnostics, therapeutics, and preventive approaches.

Clinical Trials Intern at IQVIA:

- Support Clinical Research Associates in managing clinical trials
- Update Clinical Trial Management Systems and Trial Master Files
- Data mining and investigator outreach for feasibility studies
- Facilitate processing of regulatory and ethics submissions for clinical trials
- Perform various tasks assigned in the site activation and site management departments

Laboratory Operations and Research Intern at AMILI:

- Processed stool samples using various laboratory procedures e.g., fecal microbiota transplantation, DNA extraction for biobanking and research studies
- Conducted literature reviews using the PRISMA framework to aid in the formulation and validation of upcoming probiotic and functional food products
- Assisted in the preliminary phases of manuscript writing for a research study
- Coordinated stool/urine sample collections with NUS researchers for a study associating sleeping patterns with the gut microbiome

Publicity and Recruitment Intern at MSF's Rehabilitation and Protection Group

- Outreach and community engagement at fostering events 
- Processed application forms and screened potential foster parents 
- Designed an informative fostering video to highlight what the public should be expecting in the process of signing up to be potential foster parents

- Event planning and execution: Led activities which aimed to create a positive, holistic impact on the children
- Sales: Roadshows, pop-up booths and door-to-door knockings to recruit more members to our community
- Community management: Comprehensive engagement with both parents and children in the community in an effort to serve them better
