Chelsea Chua

I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Korean. I have had numerous prior volunteering experiences with children and in national events, giving me varied skills such as being a good team player, strong communication skills, and increased empathy due to working with people from various backgrounds. I am also detail-oriented and often strive to produce the best work in whatever I set my mind towards.
 

Used to work at Pinnacle Advisory Services as an Executive Admin where I coordinated with other stakeholders regarding policies and Vehicle Parking Certificates (VPCs) thereby ensuring clients receive accurate information and maintaining good relations with them. I also curated a standardised handbook independently to ensure consistency in data entry and a smooth exchange of information amongst personnel, thereby improving company's workflow. Lastly, I was involved in the hiring processes, interviewed potential admins and evaluated interviewees’ suitability to ensure the best match for the company.
