About Cheng Hoong Loh:

20+ years financial management experience encompassing accounting, financial and administrative role. A team player who has experience in both local and MNC companies. Proficient and hands-on in multiple areas of accounting including financial & management accounting, tax planning, analytics, audit, cashflow, budgeting, accounts receivables and payables. 

In addition to the accounting role, I am also heading business operations, HR and Administrative, payroll role due to the unique opportunity given with several successful startup/incubator companies.

Utimaco IS Pte Ltd (developing hardware-based, high-security appliances (Hardware Security Modules) and compliance 
solutions for telecommunication provider regulations (lawful interception and data retention)
Director Finance & Operations – Asia Pacific | Apr 2019 – Jan 2022
• Responsible for starting up the operations of Utimaco in Asia Pacific including opening of local company and associate legal and statutory requirements. Eg. Searching for an office space, negotiating with landlord for the rental. Set up bank accounts and negotiate the bank charges 
• Consulted with representatives of regulatory agencies in Hong Kong & Japan to complete accurate filings and uphold strict compliance
• Managed all aspects of the finance and operations functions including accounts, order processing and logistics management.
• Managed the local implementation of backend systems including accounting (Navision) license management
• Cash flow management including initial funding and all accounts payable and receivable functions
• Period closing and management reporting, auditing and Budget activities. 
• Monitored budget, revenue and variance trends and regularly apprising CFO of company’s financial standing

• Set up Hong Kong, Japan’s office to improve the efficient of managing staff payroll and statutory benefits
