Chin Pau How

Hi, I’m Chin Pau and I’ve worked for my previous company Resonac for 21 years. I joined Resonac in 2002 as a technician, working from bottom up, gaining experience and eventually left the company as a Line Engineer. 

As Resonac is a company that focuses on hard disk media manufacturing, my role is to work with related departments and teams to achieve production shipment targets, maximize equipment uptime and process analysis to achieve good yield and high-quality media. I also must maintain good practice of 5S, preventive maintenace and safety in order to maintain machine readiness and high output quality. As a line engineer, apart from ensuring the daily operations of the production line, I also supervised and developed junior staff to enable them in career progression. 

Lead team in collaboration with related teams to achieve production shipment target, equipment uptime and process analysis to achieve good yield and media.  Good practice of 5S, preventive maintenance and safety to maintain machine readiness and quality of the output. Performed other duties given by superior, supervised and developed junior staff in career progression.
