Dao Zheng Chang

I am Chang Dao Zheng, a Master of Science in Technology Management & Bachelor of Engineering Science in Computer Science student at Nanyang Technological University. I am a bond-free scholarship recipient in the Renaissance Engineering Programme. 

I have worked as a Data Analytics Intern and Operations Intern at Shopee, where I improved the company's data pipelines and supply chain. I have also won several hackathons, including the NSCC High-Performance Computing Innovation Challenge for the Environment 2022 and the NUS Hack&Roll 2023. I am skilled in data analytics, web development, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, and C++. 

I am fluent in English and Chinese and hold a leadership position as Business Secretary at the Nanyang Technological University Tanjong Hall of Residence Council.

I have experience as a Data Analytics Intern and Operations Intern at Shopee, where I developed and maintained data pipelines, implemented a data monitoring system, and streamlined the company's supply chain network, leading to an increase in daily orders fulfilled.

In terms of technical skills, I am proficient in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, C++, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Java. I have demonstrated my expertise through various projects, including developing a 2D shooter game in C++ that won the NUS Hack&Roll 2023 hackathon, and a cycling route planning progressive web app. I have also won several technical competitions, including the NSCC High-Performance Computing Innovation Challenge for the Environment 2022, the MLDA@EEE Deep Learning Week Hackathon 2022, and NTU SCSE TechFest 2023.

Aside from technical skills, I am also a leader and have experience in collaborating with external organizations and leading teams to execute welfare initiatives as the Business Secretary of the Nanyang Technological University Tanjong Hall of Residence Council. I am fluent in English and Chinese and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
