Delphine Sze

I am currently part of a team fronting the post-IPO investor relations for logistics giant ESR Group Limited, which was recently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in end-2019. I have over 15 years of experience in investor relations and communications largely within the Singapore real estate industry and I was within the Singapore REIT space for over 7 years.

Prior to joining ESR Group, I was heading the IR department at OUE Hospitality and Trust and managed the transaction for the successful merger with OUE Commercial REIT. Amongst my responsibilities include being the key point of contact for investors and analysts, as well as managing communications with the investment community including institutional investors and individual investors, and issues and crisis management.
