Looking QAQC ENGINEER job.

·        Plan, lead and manage QA/QC Team for the projects undertaken, manage a mega project.

·        Preparing and submitting the Weekly & Monthly Quality reports.

·        Review of the Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, QC Guidelines, Method Statement, etc.

·        Test all items in inspection and test plan at work site or laboratory to verify conformation to the specified requirements.

·        Prepare welp map and conduct fit up inspection as per WPS(Piping and structural steels)

·        Arrange and witness the MPT (Magnetic Particle Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), LPT (Liquid Penetrant Testing) and ensure the testing requirements, procedures as per the client specification /Approved codes and standards.

·        Ensuring all site inspection records, QAQC documents & TC records are up to date.

·        Inspection of grouting, prepare test as per the consultant requirement cube.

·        Establish Work Procedures and Instructions and establish WPS, PQR and WQT Qualifications.

·        Liaise and coordinate closely with Site Project Managers and representatives (Structural, Architectural, piping, etc

·        Coordinate with M&E department on M&E installation and T&C.

·        Follow up with conformity certificate, calibration certificate and plant calibration certificate from other agency.

·        Liaise with stakeholders and carry out inspections with RE & RTO.

·        Review daily inspection report and issuance of observation or NCR (Non-Conformity Report) according to concerned department.

·        Ensuring materials such as certified steel, comply with the requirements. Certified steel must be produced from manufacturers with valid FPC certificates.

·        To ensure the steel works with approved method statements approved drawings and RA for the work sequence and included site and factory organization chart, material handling process and control, fabrication process, erection process, repair of defects process, inspection and testing plan, list of welding procedure specifications (WPS/PQR) and list of qualified welders.

·        Prepare the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & check list as per client specifications.

·        Chemical bolt planting inspection and arrange and witness Pull out test.

·        Bolt tightening inspection as per the specification

·        Fireproof inspection and paint inspection
