Senior technical officer (STO)

• Maintenance contractor for LTA handling KPE tunnel and open expressway currently under  contract Project TR353A which occupies KPE/ MCE tunnel.
• Corrective Maintenance (CM Group) for all LTA equipment on areas under KPE tunnel, which handles DRPU, Programmable Logic Circuit (PLC), CCTV, AID Camera, EVMS, TID, TLED, AVMS, VSL, LUS and Slip Roads BARRIER.
• Monitor Schematic diagram (SCADA) and for tickets or open fault to provide timely responds to OCC (Operational Control Center).
• Ensure connection on the network must be monitored including anti-virus Symantec Endpoint Manager (SEPM) to Symantec Endpoint Client (SEPC). Check workbench for ITPMS alarm (Scada) and whatsupgold for all equipment network checking.
• Maintain System Calibration Checklist for all AID Cameras, including False Alarm reports.
• Standby 24/7 and attend to carry out fault finding and diagnosis of systems breakdowns, both on a electrical and computer network basis, with a focus on providing high levels of service and adequate response times based on the status either Critical, Major or Minor. 

COMPUTER HARDWARE ENGINEER 

• Onsite-visit preparation of hardware, software, materials etc., daily service & repair works. UPS repair and diagnostic (APC Smart and Emerson Liebert). Liaison to product support if required. 
• Perform diagnostic, testing, commissioning, installation and networking within every Site office. 
  • 17 Offices handled as Primary Engineer (islandwide). Maintenance and hourly client. 
  • Proper procedures and Training supports on any new software issues or installed.
• Monitoring and maintaining networks devices such as routers, switches, firewall, VPN (forticlient/ Sophos) and liaison to ISP’s on any related issued on internet connection. 
• DMS and Digify Configuration, E-Permit using Intelledox url, FTP, VPN using Forticlient, Exchange Email using outlook configuration, Gmail configuration using outlook, SMTP and POP3 incoming and outgoing configuration, Mobile Exchange Email Configuration, Knowledge on MS Server 2012 R12, using AD for additional users, Scan to servers/ PC, and Shared Folder Permission to access using Map Drives. 
• Deliver, setup and configure desktops and laptops for all clients handled. Desktop, laptops and Workstation deployed. Performing Bios update and firmware updates if needed. 
• To do up proper network documentation for customer or client.
• To do tagging of all devices serial number with respective warranty for all purchases from TFS.
  • Any other items that are under warranty will be liaise through technical support and will be subject for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). 
  • Items that are having problem will be subject for diagnostic and repairs. 

Telecom Engineer

• OutSide Plant (OSP) Fiber Cable Termination and Splicing.
• Provide the fiber connectivity from OLT inside the exchange to the FDT. Splicing and Termination into FDT and patching inside the exchange.
• Terminate feeder cables into FDTs’ splitters. Maximum 20km from FDT to FAT. Should consider the ratio for splitter loss.
• Preparation of Fiber tubes colored 1-144 & installation of joint closures (doom type) inside MHs, HHs.
• Splice feeder cables into joint closures inside MHs, HHs. Consider the ratio for splitter loss.
• Patch between the OLT’s ODF & the OLT’s splitters, after that it is recommended to labeled and tagged all the fiber splice for traceability purposes because some other fiber tech had a hard time searching for their fiber cables. And then testing.
• Splicing fiber cables into JC. Preparations for this splicing is very important since it uses trays for closures, and should closed the closures and heat sink the cables outside so that it is completely sealed off to prevent water leaking inside. 
• Termination of fibers at OTBs/ODBs/OSBs. Fiber to the home (FTTH), for buildings (FTTB).
