Haziqah Amellia

I am an aspiring clinical psychologist, passionate to serve the mental health cause. 

I am an aspiring clinical psychologist who is interested to explore work in the mental health scene as mental health is my personal calling. I am primary interested in helping individuals presenting with difficulties in emotion regulation. I am also interested to pursue more research experience in clinical psychology. My research interests include various forms of psychopathology across different vulnerable populations. I hope to gain practical experience and understanding of the work of a psychologist in an applied setting and gain invaluable skills and training in various psychological work. Through my volunteering and internship experiences, I have gained invaluable interactions with various vulnerable communities and equipped myself with the relevant skills and competencies to serve my clients effectively. 

I am currently studying Psychology and due to complete my Bachelor's degree at the National University of Singapore in May and available to start my full-time career in clinical psychology afterwards.
