About five years of extensive hands-on experience in Data Center Environment at Myanmar Posts and Telecommunication (MPT) , about one year experience at the role of Project Manager at Myanmar Information Technology Company and currently working as a Solution & Project Manager at Campana Group starting from 2019.

I am PMP certified and graduated from Yangon Technological University with a Master of Engineering  degree in Computer Engineering and IT. 

Solution and Project Manager 

• Manage the delivery of multiple complex projects, including network infrastructure, Internet services, data center colocation, cloud Infrastructure, network expansion project and managed services
• Coordinating with the cross-functional teams of Sales, Service Delivery, Procurement, Transmission, IP, System and Planning teams and managed vendor relationships including local and international vendors depending on the project requirements 
•   Working Closely with Singapore, Thailand and Myanmar sales teams to create sales opportunities by developing and presenting solutions and services to the customers, preparing proposal documents and helping through sales process by providing information and answering technical questions about the company’s products and services
• Processing the Business Case by aligning with technical requirements and commercial 
• Managing and coordinating the delivery of solutions, including project planning, execution, and monitoring project progress, including tracking and reporting on milestones, deliverables, and budget
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, managing project changes and controlling the end to end project quality 
• Communicating project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management and business leaders
• Handing over for the successfully completed projects to Network Operation Center (NOC)
• Supporting after sales services by monitoring customer feedbacks to improve service plan together with the Operation team and future opportunities with the sales team
