  • Work with multiple stakeholders across six markets to deliver BAU tasks (company's budgets and reforecasts) as well as various projects (business metric reports, workflow solutions, leave and bonus incentive schemes) which span various teams (senior management, finance, operations, HR)
  • Responsible for both corporate and business development matters including but not limited to exploring M&A targets, proposing strategic initiatives such as expanding into new markets and restructuring existing ones, re-evaluating real estate leases, identifying trends in market service types, optimizing profitability and operational efficiency, analyzing business metrics and reconciling staff bonuses
  • Create financial models and synthesize large data sets to develop insights and provide a strategic assessment of the business

  • Responsible for managing the real estate planning program for the APAC region, which included portfolio and site level requirements, businss plans, performance metrics, headcount forecasts and cost control tools -
  • Create financial insights to make informed real estate decisions and investments across APAC as well as financial reports, presentations and dashboards through deep dives into real estate and facilities data analytics
  • Gatekeeper of Google's real estate portfolio activity, spend and forecast

  • Proforma underwriting and cash flow projections; prepared deal memo for presentation to the investment committee; created materials for board meetings, investor presentations and strategic discussions
