Hello! I am Jie Min, a Year 2 student currently pursuing Bachelor of Business at Nanyang Technological University, specializing in Human Resource Consulting.

I have a passion for the hospitality industry. My goal is to embark on the hospitality industry as my career, providing excellent service to the guests. I am adaptable in all environments, and I am positive about volunteering to help those in need.

Did an internship last summer at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore. 

- Support the team on day-to-day HR activities in an effective and timely manner
- Assist on the full cycle of employee experience from on-boarding to off-boarding 
- Recruitment: Post job advertisements, arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle employees’ compensation and medical claims
- Prepare P&C letters - Letter of Acceptance, Confirmation, Promotion, Salary Adjustment, etc.
- Perform “HouseTrac” for foreign employees
- Regular updates of employees’ p-files
- Support HR team with general administrative duties
