I performed as as Service Engineer, Sales support Engineer, Tenderer, Project Engineer, Assistant project manager in Otis (Myanmar) and Sales Manager in Thyssenkrupp (Myanmar).

Now I am working at Meyer Lift Pte Ltd as a T&C Technician.

  To Perform Adjustment, Testing and Commissioning works on Lift and Escalators Systems.
  To Ensure Safety and Compliance with Local Building Codes and Regulations.
  To do completing required documentation and reporting any abnormalities or defects.
  To Service of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement, in accordance to local code of practice.

Responsibility : 
Demonstrate understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures and comply accordingly on the job.
Carry out servicing of elevators, escalators and mechanical-parking systems that includes checking, oiling, greasing, mechanical adjustment, trouble-shooting, testing of safety devices, inspection and parts recommendation and replacement, in accordance to local code of practice
Attend to breakdown maintenance calls at various job sites.
Support Service Operations Team to achieve department objectives on service sales targets and service quality standards.
Preparing the Hand tools for the installation.
Coordination with Main Contractor for the proper lift structure and Handover to installation team. Checking the unloading space and required space upon material arrival.
Leading the installation team – Scaffolding, Plumb line, Bracket installation, Guide rail, DBG, Landing Door jamb, door sill, Header, Counterweight frame, Machine, Controller, Car frame, upright, mounting, hosting belt, etc..
Assisting T&C.
