*Built its career in Airport/Airline industry, Operation division.

*Started from Customer Service Agent to Economy in-charge Deputy crew, have exdented experience in international Customer service field.

* Currently working as a PA, enhancing its skill in coropration, office basw work environment. As main duty, assisting Global Business Advisor's schedule, meeting arrangements(Incl.Business travel) and internal & external communication.

*With above expereince, pursuing its extended career in Airline, Airport, Aviation industry, specializing in Satefy and Customer Experience division.

*Possessing extended Customer Service experience. Started its career working from one of the most busiest airport, Dubai International Airport, for several airlines. Such as Singapore Airline, Cathay Pacific, Korean Air, Lufthansa ect. By working with different international carriers, have adapted customer service points, service standard and understanding in operational work in Airine & Airport Operation division.

*For further development in CS & Airline/Aviation career, thankfully got a chance to work for Etihad Airways, national airline of United Arab Emirates. With this opportunity, not only CS skill has been enhanced but also have aquired task management, open-communication, critical thinking and leadership.

*Currently working as a PA in Singapore, it gave me an opportunity how office evmironment operates. As main task, I am responsible taking care of Global Advisor's schedule, meeting arrangements, logistics, Business travel and planning events.

*Graduated from Seoul Women's University at Seoul, Republic of Korea in February 2015. 

*Majored in German language and literature and have selected one of exchange students studying at Würzburg University for a year.
