Collaborated with designers, developers, and stakeholders to improve DEX user experience for $680K of volume.

Led extensive usability testing to identify user pain points in the user journey for the DEX with $600K of TVL.

Developed Vaults PRD, product strategy and roadmaps, in alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Conducted competitor analysis and partnerships assessments on >10 NFTfi protocols for the Vaults product. 

Product Management Intern, Treehouse Mar 2022 – Jul 2022

Led 4 monthly market updates on DeFi protocols for launch prioritisation on wallet analytics product, Harvest.

Identified blockers for product development from analysing protocols’ Solidity contracts on Etherscan and

Snowtrace resulting in reprioritisation of protocol launch timelines for ETH, AVAX chains.

Spearheaded preliminary research on 5 small-scale DeFi-centric applications for M&A resulting in in-house

development of Discover page; Developed the page's wireframes and Product Requirement Document (PRD).

Researched on transaction mechanisms and contract interactions in Solidity for GMX & Synapse on AVAX chain.

Implemented Web3 calls for smart contracts on more than 20 DeFi protocols on ETH, AVAX chains in Python. 

Data Analytics Intern, Grab Dec 2020 – Jul 2021

Constructed a Tableau dashboard to track metrics for annual performance reviews of over 5000 employees.

Independently formulated Organisational Network Analysis metrics, reviewed mathematical derivations from

Python’s NetworkX resulting in the introduction of new metrics to measure employee welfare.

Developed an employee profile categorisation framework, to identify potentially underperforming or dissatisfied employees, that was presented quarterly to Head of People Strategy to forecast employee attrition.

Translated business needs into SQL queries for quarterly reports for decision-making by C-Suite executives.
