• In charge of servicing APAC client accounts which encompass analysing issues and technical changes to processing systems and communicating the solutions to clients.
• Improved and streamlined client account invoice flow by 80%.
• Analyse complex and large amount of shipment invoice data.
• Responsible for technical queries resolutions that can include data import & validation, GPC x12 structure & mapping, rate and match audit issues and EDI+ matching and uploading issues
• Delivered onboarding projects for APAC carriers onto the platform, by gathering IT and business requirements and liaising with the internal IT development team based in USA.
• Involved in internal business process improvements that utilises SQL and excel business logic
