I have been in Singapore for 14 years. A Vietnamese converted to Singapore Citizen, with 3 children. 
Have been working since 2014 in a different position based on my CV. So I believe in work-life balance can give you a better choice. 
Currently, I'm doing part-time for a physio clinic as a front desk officer.
