Beyond being versatile in managing stakeholder and customer relations, I produce remarkable results and attain a high level of customer satisfaction. Coupled with the help of Skill Ignition SG, I now have over a year of experience in digital marketing. I am highly motivated to continuously improve my skills and advance professionally.

I have over 14 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, and customer success roles. I have also worked for more than 2 years in front-of-house customer service. Additionally, I have slightly over a year of experience in digital marketing. I have an excellent working relationship with over 50 global and local accounts. My customer-oriented approach, efficiency, and result-driven attitude have helped me succeed in these roles.

I obtained a diploma in digital marketing studies from Kaplan Higher Education Institution in 2021. In addition to my goal of lifelong learning, I am currently pursuing a marketing degree at University College Dublin in order to deepen my knowledge of marketing principles beyond digital marketing.
