Kevin Tan

Having been in the Financial Industry for close to 18 years, I believe that I still have a lot to give and am actively seeking rewarding challenges in my career. I hope to be part of a dynamic team whereby I can continuously value add to the organization in order to achieve longevity & progression in my chosen career. 

My name is Kevin Tan and I am currently a Relationship Manager in Standard Chartered Bank Singapore. I manage a portfolio of HNW to UHNW clients (minimum AUM USD 2 million).

A brief of my profile would be that I've been in the financial industry for over a decade and have managed accounts for both Retail and Private Banking clients in local and foreign banks. My role as a Relationship Manager is to be a facilitator of things between the Bank and client. Aspects of my job can be simply described as managing clients' expectations while building upon the Bank's past good track record to continuously improve clients' banking experience.

With effective 2-way communication being key to healthy relationships. A brief thesis on how to do my job is pretty simple, I just have to be approachable, talkative, sensitive, knowledgeable, up to date, sociable, focused, disciplined, determined. 

As such, having been in the industry for close to 20 years, I believe I've got useful experience and knowledge that allows me to value add to my potential employer.
