My problem solving skills have been honed across 14 years in 1 company, where I rose through the ranks from a graduate to being offered shares by the company. I now bring these skills from the Oil and Gas Industry into the Fintech Industry.
Everyone says that no one is indispensable to a company. Funnily enough, I've made a career out of making my as indispensable as possible. I'm the colleague, friend and leader at work that everyone wants to know but no one wants to be. I am usually the go to person if someone has a problem to solve!

I was hired by Two Alpha Pte Ltd to pivot the business. I restructured the company, and strategised a focused B2B partnership model as the future roadmap. I am a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of business. I am passionate about using data to drive growth and profitability.
- Led a comprehensive restructuring of the business across all functions, resulting in 50% cost savings.
- Pivoted the business towards a B2B model, including the setting up of a MAS licensed Quantitative Fund.
- Responsible for business development to acquire and negotiate with B2B commercialisation partners.
- Organized the company to create standards, KPIs, and relevant processes across Finance, HR, E-Commerce, and Operations.
- Implemented a data analytics/Business Intelligence process to streamline the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing department.

The only employee to be offered shares in company's history. I was the top revenue generating consultant for the company from 2010 to 2013.
