Job Title: ​Storekeeper (Catering)

Reporting to:​Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

•Preparation of Month End financial reports such as invoice Sales & Consumption, to the Finance Department.

•Preparation of Weekly vehicle log report and coordinate with GSD Dept for vehicle and equipment maintenance.

• Working closely with Head chef for preparing Weekly Canteen menu according to the contract.

•Monitoring Food Parecel and Food transportation to the satellite locations.

•Working closely with Central store/ Purchase department for on time delivery.

•Preparing Temporary/ permanent/Renewal Gate passes for staff and visitors.

•Arranging Schedule for FHC / Medical renewal of location Staff.

•Preparation of Daily Operational reports.

•Need to coordinate with QHSE officer to close any HSE requirements and points.

•Arranging and monitoring for the VIP Functions.
