• Oversee budgeting and controlling operational expense equipment ~ $60M/FY of Seagate Singapore International media manufacturing factory.
• Managing capital expenses (Capex) ~ $80M/FY of Seagate Singapore International media manufacturing factory.
• Collaborated closely with other executives and managers within the company to ensure that engineering is integrated effectively with other departments and functions.
• Gold Award for Seagate Technology Continuous Improvement Kaizen Award FY21 for 200% improvement in output, $3.96M of annual saving.
• Presented in Annual Strategy Meeting to discuss and plan the long-term goals and objectives of the organization, to develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving these goals, considering factors such as market trends, competition, and internal capabilities.
• Led ISO50001 Energy Saving annual audit to identify energy performance indicators and the development of action plans for improving energy performance to help organization to reduce energy consumption, lower costs, and improve environmental performance.

• Effectively planned and executed Seagate Woodlands factory expansion involving feasibility studies, capex planning, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Increased the capacity of Seagate Woodlands manufacturing new product tools to meet rising demand, improve operational efficiency, process improvement, and enhance competitiveness in the marketplace.
• Successfully led and managed a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain products or projects in ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Conducted routine preventive maintenance on sputter equipment to ensure that it operates reliably and efficiently.

Field Service Engineer 

• Set up Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing new wafer fab Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Endura equipment.
• Installed PVD tools in United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC), an advanced 12-inch Fab 12A in Tainan, Taiwan within challenging timeline.
• Supported Intel Fab23 at Colorado U.S. expansion to meet 12-inch wafer demand.
• Commissioned PVD equipment in SilTerra, Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Malaysia.
• Conducted routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure that it operates reliably and efficiently.
